１章：変化の成果

全社方針でかかげた「変化しよう」という方針が、
具体的な成果として現れました。
上期表彰された皆さんは
全社の変化の兆しといえるわけです。

全社ＭＶＰを獲得した
インハウス事業部の青木さんの変化は
顧客との関係性の構築は
ＭＧＲである静さんがすること、
という既成概念を打ち破り自らが主体者として
成果をあげたことです。

ＣＳ事業部ＭＶＰの大津さんは
ＴＥＬかけからとったアポイントで初回訪問し、
２回目訪問で大型受注をしました。
今までは新規営業は社長や副社長のスペシャルな仕事と
思われていた既成概念を、
誰でも行動すれば結果がでることを証明しました。

準ＭＶＰの吉野さんは
コンペ段階でゼロインへの信用・営業マン個人への信頼、
というアドバンテージをつくりあげていたことが、
今までのゼロインにはない大きな変化といえます。
新規顧客との関係性の構築は難しいという既成概念を
２年目の吉野さんは打ち破りました。

ファシリティー事業部の炭窯君は
自分の目標を達成してさえいればいい
という既成概念を打ち破り、
事業部のために自分のグループではないメンバーを
育成・指導するという新しい行動を
ポジティブにおこしたことが大きな変化です。

経営管理部から受賞した
山下君と古田さんは
コスト削減という収益獲得方法の既成概念を打ち破り、
新しい利益創造が管理部でもできる、
ということを証明しました。

これらの事例は、
私にはできない、
私には無理だ、
私は変われない、
という大きな壁を
自らが打ち破り
行動をおこした人たちであります。
ゼロインの変化は
すごいスピードではじまり、
成果がでています。

２章：未来への兆し

さて、これらの変化は
どのような未来へとつながる兆しなのでしょうか？
青木さんが打ち破ったものは
ＭＧＲに頼らず既存顧客との関係性を構築し、
真のパートナーとして評価頂き表彰されたことです。
大津さんが打ち破ったものは
新人でも新規顧客から短期間に受注できるということです。
吉野さんが打ち破ったものは
入社２年目でもコンペを勝ち抜く新規顧客との
関係性の構築ができることです。
炭窯君が打ち破った
自分のグループ以外のメンバーをも
フォローしメンバーを育成するということです。

これらの動きが全社に広がれば
ゼロインの全営業マンが
多くの顧客接点を創造し、
コンペに勝ち抜く関係性構築し、
多くの顧客と取引する会社となり、
営業以外の全社員が
受注した多くの案件の納品フェーズで
ＭＧＲに頼らずメンバーが
自ら顧客との関係性の構築をし
顧客がもとめる企画提案を実行し
顧客から感謝される会社になれるということです。

ゼロインの皆さんがそのように変化できれば
日本の多くの企業はゼロインのサービスを選択し
そしてゼロインのサービスによって
元気になり、感謝するでしょう。
ゼロインがかかげる

を創造するという理念を
達成できることになります。

認知されることになります。

まだ変化できていない人には
乗り遅れないでほしいと改めて要望します。
