４月４日（水）、
新人研修を終えた５名の配属発表会を実施したぜ！
このプログラムのサプライズ企画として
先日現役を引退し
第二の人生のスタートをされた
「有森裕子」さん
をお招きし、貴重講演を行って頂いたぜ！

このサプライズに新人５名はとても緊張し、
終始背筋を伸ばしっぱなしで
有森さんの講演を聞いていたぜ。

講演は新人５名以外に
マネジャー及び役員も全員が参加したぜ。
むしろ
新人よりもマネジャーと役員の方が
有森さんの講演にいい刺激を受けていたことが
印象的だったぜ！

有森さんの講演主旨としては
陸上選手として無名で実績ゼロの中で
陸上部に入るために顧問の先生にストーカーのように
自分をＰＲし入部を勝ち取ったことや
実業団に入いるために
リクルートの小出監督に自ら行動をし入社を決めたことなど、
全ては自分の意思で行動し
自分が人生の道を切り開いてきた、
という講演だったぜ！

また、印象に残った言葉は
「時代がどんなに変わっても、
一生懸命頑張る人、努力をする人、本気の人は
そうでない人よりも
（私がそうであったように）
成功をつかむことは普遍的に変わらない。」
という言葉だったぜ！

まさに同感だぜ。
新人のみんな、
本当にありがたいメッセージをもらえたことに感謝だぜ！
有森さんのこれからの活動を
一緒に盛り上げていこうぜ、
熱いぜ！！
