もし万一俺に何かが合った場合、
真っ先に思ったことは

「家族」と「会社」

がどうなるのか？というシンプルなことだったぜ。

会社、すなわちゼロインを
様々な角度からシュミレーションすると、
自分という
オーナー経営者のキャラクターが強く、
最前線で仕事をしてきたが、
そのことがビジネスリスクであることに気づいたぜ！

つまり、
俺が言うのも変な話だが、
自分が抜けた穴は今のゼロインにとって大きい、
ということだぜ。

世の中のオーナー経営者が
会社を組織化していけるか？
いけないか？
が大手企業に成長できるかできないかの
分かれ道であり、
ゼロインはまだまだ十分に組織化されていない
中途半端な状態であることを痛感したわけだぜ！

自分の命を真剣に考える前は
良かれと思ってやっている
自分自身がリーダーシップをとり
自分ができることは全て実行するという
強力なリーダーシップを発揮することが会社のためだと考えてきたぜ。

しかし、それは
組織を構築し
いち個人のキャラクターに頼らない体制づくり、
という観点においては
組織成長の阻害要因になっていたのでは？
と感じたぜ。

何故経営者は株式公開を目指すのか？

それはすなわち
資本をパブリックにし、
組織力を強め、
ゼロインという組織のブランド力を高め
更に優秀な人材を採用し、
永続的な発展を遂げられる体制づくり。

つまりビジネスリスクを軽減するための
手段でもあり、
攻めが最大の防御である
ということが分かったぜ。

今までは自己満足での経営であり、
本当の意味で俺は
「死ぬ気」で
経営していなかったことに気づいたぜ！

そんなことを考えると、
自分はまだまだ死ねないし、
今もしガンであったら、
やり残したことだらけだったぜ。

その意味で、
あの１２月にやり残したと感じた課題の数々が、
俺にとっての新たしいパワーになっているぜ。
