最近読書することが、とても退屈になってきました。
以前はもっと面白く読めていたのです。
以前のような感覚を取り戻すにはどうすればよいのでしょうか。
どうか教えていただきたいと思います！

読書を知識人の仲間入りの手段としてとらえ、
読書することを目標にする人が多いぜ。
それがﾌﾟﾚｯｼｬｰになるぜ。
アドバイスするぜ、
熱いぜ！

＜本文＞
１、読書をするな！
お前は読書を勘違いしているぜ！
読書とは義務でするものではなく、
読みたい本があったときに読むものだぜ。
おそらくお前は読書目標に拘束され
読まなければいけない症候群に陥っているぜ。
具体的な改善策は「読書をするな！」ということだぜ。
むしろお前自身の気持ちに正直に、
何がしたいのか？を問いかけて欲しいぜ。
映画を見たければ映画だぜ。
ＴＶであればＴＶだぜ。
ゴルフはゴルフ。
テニスはテニス。
読書をしたくなければ読書をやめて
やりたいことをシンプル実行してほしいぜ！
人生何事もスランプの時には全く違うことを実施し、
スランプの行為からあえて放れることで再活性化を図るぜ。
プロ野球選手にしろアーティストにしろ、
サザンオールスターズにしろだぜ。
サザンの桑田さんはスランプのときにはサザンを休業し
再活性化を図ってきた模範生と言えるぜ。
お前も今は深く考えすぎず読書をやめようぜ、
熱いぜ！
２、シチュエーションを変えろ！
お前は読書をする場所を工夫したことがあるか？
俺は自宅や会社では絶対に読書ができないぜ。
俺はお気に入りのスパで１．５Ｋｍをクロールで泳いだ後に、
プールサイドのデッキチェアに横たわりながら、
朝日をあびて読書をするぜ！
お気に入りのスパは都内の高層マンションの最上階にあり、
全面ガラスの壁面にプールがあるぜ。
クロールで泳いだ後に朝日があたるデッキチェアでくつろぐことは
俺のパワーの源であり、
最適なシチュエーションだぜ！
また、運動後の読書の効果は運動した体が脳を刺激し、
読書スピードが画期的に向上することだぜ。
そしてその効果は頭の中にしっかりと読書した内容が
蓄積されるということもあるぜ。
俺にとって、
「クロール＋デッキチェア＋朝日＋読書＝リラックス」
というシチュエーションは最高に快適な行為であるぜ！
お前も読書をどこでどんな気分でするのか？
という快適なシチュエーションを工夫し読書をすることで
読書ジレンマからの脱却をお勧めずるぜ。
読書は読書でなくその環境もふくめた
りラクゼーションだということだぜ、
熱いぜ！
