9月30日に4年間部長職で頑張ってくれた
Ｋ君が独立退職することになったぜ！
Ｋ君への感謝をこめて
僕が贈ったメッセージを紹介するぜ。
熱いぜ！！

↓メッセージ
ありがとう！Ｋ君
ＯさんがＫさんの紹介で入社し、
ゼロインの仕事をし
Ｏさんはすごい混乱をしてました。
そんな時、
東京ガスにいたＫ君を
自分の仕事の助っ人としてゼロインに
連れてきたことが昨日のことのように
思い出されます。

面接の時には
Ｋ君がすっごく緊張していて、
Ｋ君のよさが僕を含めた役員に伝わらず
採用するか
不採用にするかで意見が分かれました。

今に思えば、
Ｋ君にこれだけ頑張ってもらったので採用で迷った
というのは失礼な話だよね！

Ａ社様というゼロインにとっての
重要顧客を、
体をはって守って頂いたＫ君には
心の底から感謝に耐えません。

さて、
Ｋ君はこれから新たな創業をむかえる事になります。
創業はいろいろ苦労が多いと思います。
思えば僕が創業した98年は
山一證券が倒産した翌年であり、
就職氷河期でした。
まさに、今と同様の時代背景だったと記憶してます。
厳しい時代に創業することは、
その先は明るいということでもあり
あえてチャンスの時代の創業でおめでとう！
という言葉を贈ります。

僕にできることは遠慮なく言ってください。
できないことはできないと断りますから、
くれぐれも遠慮しないで。
