民主党の小沢代表の秘書が
逮捕されたというニュースが
本日のトップニュースとなっています。

記者会見で小沢代表は違法性を
完全否定されました。
民主党の支持率が上がり
いよいよ日本も政権交代が可能となり
政治が民意を反映し
政策が実行される日がくる、
と期待していた私にとっては
残念なニュースでした。

小沢代表の感想を書きます。
私が小沢代表を知ったのは
今から20年前の1988年の
リクルート事件のときです。
当時はリクルート社の総務部におりましたが、
内閣で支持率３％の竹下内閣と
リクルート社は
世の中から
袋叩き状態でした。

当時の自民党の代議士は
リクルートと関係をしていると
世間から批判されるため
誰も近づかない状況でした。
が、唯一
当時自民党の幹事長だった小沢さんが
秘書も同行させず
単身かつ
飛び込み（アポなし）
でリクルート社を訪問し
総務部長に面会を求め、
私の上司であった元総務部長Ｔさんが
面会しました。
小沢代表の面会の主旨は
リクルートスキャンダルで政局が混乱し
政治が機能していないため、
本来の国会活動をするべく
この問題を正面から解決したい、
という主旨で訪問されました。

正面解決は株の譲渡者を明らかにし
党としてしかるべき対応をしたい、
という主旨だったようです。

あまりにも正論で
まっすぐな小沢代表の姿勢に
当時の総務部長のＴさんは
感銘を受けたことを
私に語ってくれたことがあり
それが私が政治家小沢さんを知るきっかけでした。
当時40代の小沢さんが若くして幹事長に
就任した理由を理解した瞬間でもありました

時は流れ
小沢代表が疑惑をもたれ
秘書が逮捕されました。
小沢代表の大儀を達成するためにも
しっかり説明責任を果たし
自らの疑惑解明に持ち味を発揮頂くことを
心から期待したいと思います。
