昨日、
「おくりびと」がオスカーを受賞しました。
関係者の皆さん、
本当におめでとうございます。

そして何よりも
この映画を発案し、
１６年間も映画化することを構想し
アクションした
モックンこと本木さんに
心からおめでとうを申し上げます。

そもそも、この映画は
本木さんが納棺士をテーマにした
本を読み映画化を希望し、
原作者に自ら手紙を書き、
その許諾をとることからスタートしたようです。
そして、
映画で主役を演じるために
納棺士の体験まで実施したようです。

我々が本木さんから学ぶべきことは

「未経験なことを恐れず
チャレンジする行動力」

ということだと考えます！

偶然にも昨日当社のＭＧＲと
マンデーランチミーティングを実施しました。
山崎君杉本君山下君
の３名と
それぞれの「変化」について
内容を確認しました。

嬉しかったことは
３人全員が「変化」を自分の問題としてとらえ、
行動プランを考えていたことです。

そんな中で
私が３人にアドバイスしたことは
「未経験ゾーンに
勇気をもって恐れずに
突っ込め！」
ということです。
人間は誰もが経験あることは
自信をもって顧客にサービスやソリューションできます。
しかしながら、それだけでは成長速度は速くなりません。
顧客が期待する
自分にとっての未経験課題が与えられたときに
その課題から逃げずに、
安易に上司に助けを求めずに
自分が勉強しクリアすること、
このことを
「未経験ゾーンに突っ込め」
と表現しました。

「おくりびと」は
本木さんの純粋な好奇心が
未経験ゾーンを攻略し
オスカー受賞という快挙を成し遂げました。

我々の志は
顧客から最高の「ありがとう」を
言われるために
未経験ゾーンを攻略しなければなりません。
それはあたかも
オスカー獲得と同様のことです。

ぜひ
変化を通じて
「ありがとう」という
顧客ｊからのオスカー賞を
受賞しましょう。
