以前紹介した
俺のダイエットライバルにして
アメフトオービックシーガルズの総監督の
並河研さんから頂いた素晴らしい言葉を紹介するぜ！

「外酒外飯」だぜ。

この言葉はリクルート創業者江副さんが
リクルートの社員が内向きにならないように
社外の人との接点をもて、
という文化を構築するために発した言葉として
古きリクルートマンがよく使っているぜ。

俺もブログやゼロインウィークリーで何度かこの言葉を引用し
メセージしているぜ。
先日、並河さん自身がこの言葉をどのように解釈し
20代を過ごしてきたか、
をゼロインの玉一君にアドバイスしてくれたぜ。
それがとても分かりやすい解釈だったので
社員全員に紹介するぜ。

並河さんは20代に
「外酒外飯」
をこのように解釈し実行していたぜ。
外酒外飯とは、
飲み会を以下のようなプライオリティーで誘うこと。
１、初めて飲む社外の人を最優先（いない時）
２、お客様（いない時）
３、社内で初めて飲む事業部外の人（いない時）
４、事業部以外の先輩の人
５、事業部内
６、同期
特に、アポイントがバッティングした際の
優先度合いを示す判断基準としてとても明確で
分かりやすいアドバイスだったぜ！

これから我々は
顧客へのソリューション提供をすることを確認しているぜ。
それには、
多くの社外の人との接点から
世の中を学び提案力の向上を図るための
人脈ポテンシャルを高める必要があるぜ。
今一度
「外酒外飯」
という観点で自分自身の行動を棚卸ししてほしいぜ、
熱いぜ！！
