昨年２６日の
社員総会で

１、０９年の社会情勢
２、ゼロイン経営姿勢
３、ゼロイン経営方針

の３点を、様々な事例をあげて
皆さんにお伝えしました。

新年のＺｅｒｏｉｎＷｅｅｋｌｙでも重ねて
皆さんに望むことを
メッセージします。

「今だからこそ、やれることがある」

１００年に一度の不景気が到来し、
確かに２００９年を予測するときに
それを否定することはできません。
しかし、
我々ゼロインは不景気な今だからこそ
チャンスであり、
やれることがあるとお話しました。

振り返ると
ゼロインを創業した１１年前も
今と同様の金融不況が日本を襲っていました。
そのときに私は
Ｒ社さんの総務カウンターの中に
最適発送カウンターを設置し、
物流コストを削減することを提案し、
初年度で数千万円のコスト削減を実現しました。
それはゼロイン以外に誰も提案する会社がなく
ゼロインのソリューション力は高く評価されました。

ゼロインの創業はまさに
逆風の時代であり、
逆風こそゼロインがやれることがあると
言いたいわけです。

皆さんに重ねてお願いしたいことは
今こそ皆さんがゼロインの第二の創業をするという
姿勢で仕事に望んでほしいことです。
具体的には

「顧客が何を課題とし、
何を実現したいと考えているのか？」

を把握し、
その課題解決（ソリューション）をすることです。
このことは、我々経営陣が
前から皆さんに一貫して要望してきたことでもあります。

今こそ、
顧客にソリューションしましょう。

この時代の中で
様々な課題を抱えて困ってる会社（経営者）は
沢山います。

「今だからこそ、やれること」
それは、そんな課題を感じている顧客の中にあります。

顧客としっかりコミュニケーションをとり
課題を共有し
ソリューションすることを
重ねてお願いします。
２００９年も我々は顧客から評価される会社となる
ことを決意し、一緒にソリューションしましょう。
