大條充能 Mitsuyoshi Daijo
1965年青森県弘前市生まれ。総務業務のアウトソーシングサービス会社「株式会社ゼロイン」社長。地元の高校を卒業後、コメディアンを目指して萩本欽一事務所入りにチャレンジするも果たせず、縁あってリクルートに入社。リクルート事件発覚後、サラリーマンバンドを結成して人気番組に出場し暗く落ち込む会社を元気付けたほか、26歳にして社内報の人生相談コーナー回答者になるなど社内有名人として不動の地位を築く。このときに「～だぜ」という独特の文体を確立。その熱い語り口で多くの人を虜にする。一方で総務業務の効率化や求人情報『がてん』の創刊、ダイエープロジェクト等に携わり、当時の最年少マネージャー昇進記録を塗り替えるなど業務面でも大きな成果を残す。1998年にリクルートを退社しゼロイン設立。日本中の会社を元気にすることを使命に日々奮闘中。著書に『熱いぜ！！　悩まない人生方法』（宙出版）がある。

Ｑ女性誌の編集をしてるのにモテません…。

女性誌の編集を始めて1年が経ちました。
常に、自分と同世代の女性をインサイトしているはずなのに、
一向にモテません。どういうことなのでしょうか？
いつもこのコーナーを拝読していて、胸が熱くなるのですが、
大條さんのように性別を超えて、
人の心を捕らえて離さない人も確実にいるわけで…自分、
本当に悔しいです。

＜回答＞
男であれば誰でも女にモテたいと願うものだぜ。
俺もお前も同様に20代は女にモテるために
平日のディズニーランド合コンという
当時としては画期的な企画を立案し、
合コンのあり方に大変革をもたらしたぜ！
俺も熱くなるテーマだぜ。
アドバイスするぜ、
熱いぜ！！

●Hit＆Waitだぜ！
俺の20代は合コンのあり方を大いに変革し、
女性の参加満足度を高めることに成功したぜ！
その意味では人気者となったが、
モテることにつながったか？
と振り返ると全くつながらなかったぜ。
今その原因を振り返ると、
モテたりモテないというのはバオイリズムが重要であり、
モテないリズムの時にはどんな努力を重ねてもモテない、
ということだぜ！
米国ではバイオリズムマネジメントが幅広く普及しており、
そのパワーが高い時にはHitし、
低い時にはWaitする
ということを客観的にコントロールしているぜ。
俺が合コンに目覚めていた20代半ばは人気のバイオリズムが低い時であり、
しがって結果に結びつかなかったというわけだぜ。
