今週もはりきって
マンデーランチクラブを実施しました。

産経新聞さんに
掲載頂いたこともあり、
フレッシュな気持ちで実施しました。

今週も参加ＭＧＲから
近況報告をうけました。
そのうえで
私から
「各事業部のいい取り組み事例
それぞれがを盗みあうこと」
について話しました。

ＣＳ事業部は営業力を向上するために
８月３日から様々な手立てを考えています。

そしてファシリティー事業部は
事業部バリューを新たに構築しようとしています。

インハウス事業部は
現場力を高めるための顧客接点を
強化しようとしています。

それぞれの事業部が取り組む
「変化」
や
「進化」
のいい所を、リーダークラスのメンバーが
それぞれの事業部キックオフに参加するなどして
盗みあう行動をしてほしいと
いうことです。

楽天の三木谷さんの本でも紹介された
身近なベストプラクティスを学べ、
ということです。

社内のベストプラクティスは
下期がスタートした今こそ
沢山社内に転がっています。
盗みあいましょう。

という思いをこめて
盗みあうというポーズを考えて
「ウィッシュポーズ」
にしてみました。
