大條充能 Mitsuyoshi Daijo
1965年青森県弘前市生まれ。総務業務のアウトソーシングサービス会社「株式会社ゼロイン」社長。地元の高校を卒業後、コメディアンを目指して萩本欽一事務所入りにチャレンジするも果たせず、縁あってリクルートに入社。リクルート事件発覚後、サラリーマンバンドを結成して人気番組に出場し暗く落ち込む会社を元気付けたほか、26歳にして社内報の人生相談コーナー回答者になるなど社内有名人として不動の地位を築く。このときに「～だぜ」という独特の文体を確立。その熱い語り口で多くの人を虜にする。一方で総務業務の効率化や求人情報『がてん』の創刊、ダイエープロジェクト等に携わり、当時の最年少マネージャー昇進記録を塗り替えるなど業務面でも大きな成果を残す。1998年にリクルートを退社しゼロイン設立。日本中の会社を元気にすることを使命に日々奮闘中。著書に『熱いぜ！！　悩まない人生方法』（宙出版）がある。

＜今月のお悩み＞
現在38歳（性別：女）なのですが、
婚活がなかなかうまくいきません。
一生のパートナーになるかも？
と思うと慎重になってしまい……。
婚活がスムーズに進む方法があったら教えてください！

打ち寄せる波のように心をオープンにいこうぜ。

＜本文＞
俺の知人にもアラサー婚活グループが
沢山いるぜ。
恋愛と結婚を区分しずぎると
なかなかスムーズにいかないぜ。
アドバイスするぜ、
熱いぜ！
１、直感からスタートするぜ！
お前は「一生に一度のパートナー探し」と
肩に力を入れすぎているぜ！
結婚は一生に一度ではないぜ。
俺は既に２回も結婚しているぜ。
結婚してみて双方がＷｉｎＷｉｎの
関係性を構築できない場合は建設的に分かれる、
ということは何の問題もないことだぜ。
むしろＷｉｎＷｉｎでない関係性を
世間体だけを気にして維持することが問題だぜ。
つまり結婚は一生に一度の絶対的なものではなく、
トライ＆エラーを繰り返しても
受け入れられるものであると考えて欲しいぜ。
１０代や２０代のようにお前の直感を信じて、
好き？か嫌いか？
をシンプルに表現していくことが重要だぜ。
好きであれば恋愛をしてほしいぜ。
恋愛をして相手との関係性が
ＷｉｎＷｉｎパートナーだと思えたら結婚をしようぜ。
物事はいたってシンプルだぜ。
それ以外に結婚へのステップは考えられないぜ。
様々な条件設定をし、
駆け引きをするから婚活がうまくいないぜ。
お前の直感で好きか？
嫌いか？を判断することから、
全てはスタートするぜ、
熱いぜ！
２、キッカケはお見合いもＯＫだぜ！
アラサーの恋愛のキッカケは、
１０代や２０代と違ってお見合いというキッカケも
十分に有効的であることを受け入れようぜ。
お見合いとは信頼できる人生の先輩からの紹介で
出会いが創造できることに価値があるぜ。
それは例えば合コンや出会いイベントのような
キッカケよりももっとキメ細かで親切な機会提供だぜ。
過度にお見合いを嫌がる人がいるが、
それはお見合いは断ってはいけないという
制約条件があるように勘違いしているからだぜ。
お見合いの人は直感的に違っていれば
当然断って次に機会提供を待つのは当然だぜ。
あくまでも機会提供のひとつととらえて実行してほしいぜ。
お前のように慎重すぎる性格は
お見合いも先の展開を考えすぎて
実行におこせていないケースが多いぜ。
つべこべ考えずお見合いの話がきたらお見合いしろ、
ということだぜ。
チャンスはどこにでるあるぜ。
実行あるのみだぜ、
