大條充能 Mitsuyoshi Daijo
1965年青森県弘前市生まれ。総務業務のアウトソーシングサービス会社「株式会社ゼロイン」社長。地元の高校を卒業後、コメディアンを目指して萩本欽一事務所入りにチャレンジするも果たせず、縁あってリクルートに入社。リクルート事件発覚後、サラリーマンバンドを結成して人気番組に出場し暗く落ち込む会社を元気付けたほか、26歳にして社内報の人生相談コーナー回答者になるなど社内有名人として不動の地位を築く。このときに「～だぜ」という独特の文体を確立。その熱い語り口で多くの人を虜にする。一方で総務業務の効率化や求人情報『がてん』の創刊、ダイエープロジェクト等に携わり、当時の最年少マネージャー昇進記録を塗り替えるなど業務面でも大きな成果を残す。1998年にリクルートを退社しゼロイン設立。日本中の会社を元気にすることを使命に日々奮闘中。著書に『熱いぜ！！　悩まない人生方法』（宙出版）がある。

新卒時代より週に3回の合コンは欠かさず、時に仕事の励みにし、
男女問わず幾多の素晴らしい出会いを得てきました。
しかし、結婚以来合コンへの参加を自粛しています。
多くの得るものがある合コンですが、
愛するワイフの顔が頭に浮かび、
後ろめたい気持ちになってしまうのです。
邪まな気持ちが無いかと問われると、ゼロとは言えません。
そもそも今の嫁と出会ったのも合コンでした。
こんな私は、これから合コンを解禁して良いのでしょうか？
一喝お願いします。

お前は自分自身で答えが出ているにも関わらず
俺に迷いを吹っ切ってほしいようだぜ。

お前は合コンを視野を広げ出会いを構築するためのモチベーションツール
と位置づけながらも、合コンを自粛し、後ろめたさを感じているぜ。
合コンは結果的に浮気を促進する
男女間の出会いにしかなっていないぜ！
いいか、お前は既に結婚し一生を共にする奥さんがいるぜ。
これからは夫婦をひとつのユニットとして交流を広げられる
サークル活動を実施することで視野を広げ、
新たなる「人」との出会いを創造することを勧めるぜ。
俺は結婚して１０年になるが、
家内の友人やその旦那さんが俺の家に訪れホームパーティーを開催したり、
一緒に焼き肉を食べにいったりと様々な交流をさせてもらっているぜ。
年齢も俺よりも１０歳以上年下の夫婦で
俺としてはまさに新たなる世代とのプライベイトな交流ができることで
人生が活性化しているぜ。
お前も単独で合コンをするのではなく、
奥さんを含めて一緒に遊びにいける新たなる友人（夫婦）
との出会いを創造してほしいぜ。
この家族モード交流会は奥さんも大喜びするはずだ。
