大條充能 Mitsuyoshi Daijo
1965年青森県弘前市生まれ。総務業務のアウトソーシングサービス会社「株式会社ゼロイン」社長。地元の高校を卒業後、コメディアンを目指して萩本欽一事務所入りにチャレンジするも果たせず、縁あってリクルートに入社。リクルート事件発覚後、サラリーマンバンドを結成して人気番組に出場し暗く落ち込む会社を元気付けたほか、26歳にして社内報の人生相談コーナー回答者になるなど社内有名人として不動の地位を築く。このときに「～だぜ」という独特の文体を確立。その熱い語り口で多くの人を虜にする。一方で総務業務の効率化や求人情報『がてん』の創刊、ダイエープロジェクト等に携わり、当時の最年少マネージャー昇進記録を塗り替えるなど業務面でも大きな成果を残す。1998年にリクルートを退社しゼロイン設立。日本中の会社を元気にすることを使命に日々奮闘中。著書に『熱いぜ！！　悩まない人生方法』（宙出版）がある。

Ｑ．「ケーキの会」で面白いコメントを求められます
毎月恒例、関西総務部のケーキの会。
メンバーで一押しのケーキを購入してきてみんなで食べるという会です。
その中で新人男子はケーキについて彦麿呂ばりのコメントを求められます。
僕は緊張でものまねも上手いコメントもできず、
いつもすべってしまいます。
当然皆は全く相手にしてくれず、ケーキに夢中。
関西人の僕としてはぜひとも面白いコメントで
皆に喜んでもらいたいのですが、
どうすればよいでしょうか。

●頭にたたきこめ！

などなど、
彦摩呂語録をケーキに置き換え徹底的に頭にたたきこんでほしいぜ。

才能でコメントしているわけではなく、
影で様々なネタをしっかり書きとめて
普段から頭にたたきこんでいるからＴＶの前で面白いコメントができるぜ。
お笑い芸人も努力があって今があるということだぜ！
