昨日報告した
「道路工事」
について、更に言いたいぜ！

今週のある日
銀座で遅くまで会食し
タクシーをつかまえるために
（銀座では乗車制限があるため）
内幸町にむかって歩いていたら
唐突に道路工事警備員に止められたぜ。
歩道を工事しているため
「歩行者通行止」だと。

俺は深夜に歩いて帰るわけはなく、
タクシーを捕まえるために
内幸町にむかっていることを伝え、
やっと意味を警備員に理解させたぜ！

タクシーにのってふと疑問を感じたぜ。

工事をやっていることについて
案内を見れば歩行者は理解できることに
わざわざ深夜割り増し手当てをのせた日給がかかる
警備員を２名も配置し、
これも道路特定財源から支給されているのか？
という無駄についてだぜ！

しかも翌朝その場所を通行したら
工事をした形跡はなく（工事前の調査かもしれないが）
本当に必要な工事かどうか、
とても疑問だぜ。

昨日報告のL形工事にしろ、
数年来続いている「虎ノ門交差点溝工事」にしろ
毎日どんな工程の作業が行われていて、
何故あんなに時間がかかるのか？
などなど、
疑問に思うことは山ほどあるぜ。

いずれにせよ、無駄があるように感じる以上、
暫定ガソリン税の継続は
国民の理解を得られないと確信するぜ、
熱いぜ！！
